Uganda Women Parliamentarian Association plan to move a private members’ Bill to amend sections of the Succession Bill that has delayed to be passed as law, to allow women and the girl child to succeed or inherit property. One of such sections to be amended is that which provides only 15% share of property or estate of the late husbands.
