Women in Teso sub region have expressed disappointment over the continued abuse of their natural rights to own property. They want cultural norms that discriminate them in property ownership scraped to allow them exercise their rights to own land freely in marriage, out of marriage and in ancestral homes.
These climbed Soroti Rock with placards calling on leaders to stop discrimination.
