Akol Ketty, the District Speaker Amuria Local Government wants the Marriage and Divorce Bill name changed to Marriage Bill to avoid misunderstandings as women may jump on opportunities to get married today and divorce tomorrow after achieving their hidden motive. She is not happy with the delay of Parliament to work on the Bill.
