Women need to play their marital role as wives, if they are to win husbands and convince them to provide all they need, especially Land Ownership. Minister Persis Namuganza says challenges them to keep hygiene, be smart, care and provide good meals to their husbands. The husbands will then love them and grant all access to property, especially the desired Land for ownership.
